Gisela Paredes, DNP, FNP-BC, ABHRT, is the Founder and Lead Provider of BUILT WELLNESS, with over two decades of experience in healthcare since 2003. Her clinical background includes trauma surgery, perioperative care, internal medicine, family practice, and gastroenterology, allowing her to deliver care through a comprehensive, whole-body approach.
She is trained and certified through WorldLink Medical in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and specializes in hormone optimization and optimal medicine. Gisela believes that aging does not require accepting fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, or diminished quality of life.

Outside of clinical practice, Gisela competes in bodybuilding in the Bikini division, is passionate about fitness and lifelong learning, enjoys traveling, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Christie Cooper Smith, BSN, RN
MASTER AESTHETIC INJECTOR
Christie Cooper Smith, BSN, RN, is a highly skilled and experienced aesthetic nurse injector at BUILT WELLNESS, where she provides all aesthetic services with precision, artistry, and a patient-centered approach.
Christie has been a registered nurse for several years and currently works in an acute-care hospital setting in the Valencia area, giving her a strong clinical foundation and an exceptional eye for safety, anatomy, and detail. In addition to her hospital background, she has extensive experience in wound care, further enhancing her expertise in tissue health, healing, and skin integrity.
With multiple years dedicated specifically to medical aesthetics, Christie has developed a reputation for delivering natural, refined results tailored to each individual. Her approach focuses on enhancing confidence while preserving facial balance and authenticity.
Christie is currently accepting new aesthetic clients at our Lancaster, California location.

Dr. Saswatha Anireddy is a seasoned physician with extensive experience serving as a medical director for aesthetic medicine at various institutions, most recently at Alamogordo Internal Medicine. Her expertise spans many aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, Botox, weight loss treatments, cryotherapy, hormone therapy, Sculptra, and Kybella. Dr. Anireddy has held leadership roles at multiple practices, including an IV hydration clinic, Prime Hydration, Azul Laser Med Spa, and Alamogordo Internal Medicine, where she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to patient care and innovative treatments.
